Zaytinya is a Mediterranean restaurant located inside the Ritz Carlton NoMad that specializes in mezze, or small plates. The restaurant is owned by celebrity chef José Andrés. The design is inspired by the Mediterranean region, with a focus on Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon. “Distinctive pops of blue are injected throughout for a playful nod to the pristine waters of the Mediterranean Islands,” said Rockwell Group.
