Nestled within the bustling heart of downtown Brooklyn, the House of Wax Bar is a hidden gem awaiting discovery on the fourth floor of the City Point mall. This unique establishment offers an enticing blend of libations, including beer, wine, cocktails, and a delectable array of refined pub grub to tantalize the senses. What sets the House of Wax apart from the ordinary, however, is its captivating wax museum. Here, visitors are transported back in time to the enchanting world of the 19th century, as they marvel at the meticulously crafted & rather creepy wax creations. This astonishing collection, which once graced the halls of Castan’s Panopticum, a renowned turn-of-the-century museum in Berlin that shuttered its doors in 1922, and was put into storage, until an NYC collector purchased the items which are now on display at House of Wax.
